Mark A. Helman, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Compliance Officer

Mr. Helman joined BTMU Capital in 1986. He is responsible for legal, regulatory and compliance matters and for management of the Legal Department.  Since joining BTMU Capital, Mr. Helman has served in the Legal Department in various capacities, including as Senior Counsel and as Assistant General Counsel. Before joining BTMU Capital he served as in-house counsel for Burgess & Leith Incorporated, a regional investment banking firm located in Boston.  Mr. Helman received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
